SS26 — DROP 001. An exercise in technical precision and material honesty.

The Drop
Peloton Core.
We didn't design for the photo. We designed for 90 kilometres on a Sunday. Peloton Core begins with a simple question — what would someone who takes cycling seriously but doesn't need to prove it wear? The answer is two pieces: a clean-cut black maillot and a precise-line white one. No oversized logos. No colours that shout. Just fabric, cut and function.

Design Language
Functional, first.
Every design decision has a reason on the road. The aerodynamic cut in riding position. Mesh panels strategically placed for ventilation without sacrificing structure. Rear pockets with wide openings for reaching while moving. Silicone gripper at the waist that holds without chafing. There is no decorative detail that does not serve a function.
Italian technical fabric — 88% polyamide, 12% elastane. 160 g/m². UPF 50+ treatment.

The Process
From the idea to the fabric.
We work directly with a workshop specialising in technical sports textiles. No intermediaries between design and production. Every prototype is tested on real roads — not in a lab. If something doesn't work on the asphalt, it goes back to the table. The process is slow on purpose. We'd rather delay a drop than launch something mediocre.
"If you can put it on in the first 100 metres and forget you're wearing it, we've done our job."

Ethics & Aesthetics
Beautiful because it works.
Limited drops is not a marketing strategy — it's a commitment to quality. Producing in small quantities means we can control every piece, choose better materials, and avoid accumulating stock that ends up discarded. Velaro's aesthetic is a direct consequence of its ethics: no excess, no ornamentation, no filler. What you see is exactly what it is.

DROP 001 — SS26
Limited units. No restock.
When they are gone, they are gone. That is how Velaro works.
